It needs to go into dry dock. It could sail to dry dock.
Certificates are expired 2017-2018, last time it was dry docked.
Dredging system is reported to be in good condition. Engines are run often.
The sale includes a spare Toyo pump (new has a price of 200.000 Euros)
Photos of the equipment working are from 2018. Laid up since then.
